01Overview
This Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy applies to products purchased through Let's Grow Bhaarat Networks Private Limited (“LGBN”) by both customers and members. It explains the conditions under which you may return a product, request a replacement, cancel an order, and receive a refund, in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

You may cancel a purchase and return the product for a refund within the return window below, provided the eligibility conditions are met.

Perishable, hygiene-sensitive or made-to-order items may carry a shorter window, which is disclosed on the product page at the time of purchase.
03Returns & replacements
- Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all seals, tags, accessories and the invoice intact.
- For defective or damaged goods, you may choose a free replacement or a full refund of the amount you paid.
- We may inspect the returned product before approving a refund or replacement; genuine claims are honoured promptly.
- Return shipping for defective, damaged, or wrongly-delivered items is borne by LGBN; for change-of-mind returns within the return window, reasonable return logistics may apply as disclosed at checkout.
04Refund eligibility
You are eligible for a refund where:
- You return the product within the return window in resalable condition.
- The product delivered is defective, damaged, expired, or materially different from its description.
- A duplicate or incorrect payment was made for the same order.
- An order was paid for but could not be fulfilled.
05Non-returnable items
- Products that have been used, opened, or whose hygiene/safety seal is broken (except where defective).
- Perishable goods, and items explicitly marked non-returnable on the product page.
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery.
- Free gifts, promotional samples, and items already replaced once for the same reason.
06How to request a refund
- 1Raise a request from your account under Orders → Return / Refund, or email refunds@lgbn.in with your order ID.
- 2Select the reason and, where relevant, upload photos of the product/packaging.
- 3Pack the item securely and hand it to the pickup partner or return it as instructed.
- 4Once the return is received and verified, your refund is approved and processed (see timelines below).
07Refund timelines
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method (UPI, card, net-banking or wallet used at checkout). Indicative timelines:

08Order cancellation
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched at no cost. If a payment has already been made for an order that is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled, the amount is refunded to your original payment method. Once an order is dispatched, the return process above applies instead of cancellation.
09Membership cancellation
You may cancel your LGBN membership at any time from your account settings or by writing to our support team. Cancellation closes your membership benefits, such as member pricing and community access, from the date it takes effect.
- Cancelling your membership does not affect orders already placed; those remain subject to the return and refund rights above.
- Any unused, marketable products you purchased may still be returned within their applicable return window in original condition.
- Where a membership fee has been charged, any refund of that fee is governed by the terms disclosed at the time of enrolment.
10Disputes & resolution
If you believe a payment was charged in error, a refund is overdue, or a return has not been processed correctly, raise the matter through your account or by contacting support. LGBN will review the order record, payment confirmation and timestamps, and work in good faith to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
