Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“Member”, “Customer”, “you”) and Let's Grow Bhaarat Networks Private Limited (“LGBN”, “Company”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at New Delhi, India.

They govern your access to and use of the LGBN website, mobile experience, member account and related shopping services (together, the “Platform”), including browsing products, creating an account, and placing orders.

By registering for an account, ticking the acceptance box at sign-up, placing an order, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Disclaimer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:

Member

A person who has registered an account with LGBN to shop, manage orders, and access membership benefits in accordance with these Terms.

Products

The goods, product packages, kits and bundles offered for sale on the Platform at their stated prices.

Order

Your request to purchase one or more Products, which becomes a contract once confirmed and accepted by LGBN.

Referral code

An optional invite code that an existing Member may share with you at sign-up; it is a neutral signup reference and does not change the price you pay.

Platform

The LGBN website, mobile experience, member account and related shopping services operated by the Company.

• You must be an individual resident in India and at least 18 years of age, competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information when creating an account, including a valid mobile number and email address, and keep your delivery and contact details up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
• Each individual may hold only one account; multiple or duplicate accounts are not permitted.
• At sign-up you may optionally enter a referral code shared by an existing Member. Providing a referral code is never required to create an account or to shop, and it does not affect the price you pay.

An LGBN account gives you a shopping membership — a way to browse our catalogue, save your details for faster checkout, track your orders, and access member pricing and benefits where offered. Membership is a customer relationship only.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint-venture or franchise relationship between you and LGBN. You are not authorised to act for, bind, or incur any obligation on behalf of LGBN. Any taxes that apply to your purchases are handled in accordance with applicable law and shown at checkout.

Membership benefits, including any rewards or recognition we may offer, are provided at the Company's discretion and may be updated from time to time. We will notify material changes through the Platform with reasonable notice.

• All Products are sold at the prices and on the terms displayed on the Platform at the time of order. Product descriptions, specifications and images are provided in good faith and may be subject to minor variation.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before you confirm your Order.
• Placing an Order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm and accept your Order. We may decline or cancel an Order — for example, where a Product is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount already paid for that Order.
• We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and availability accurate, but listings may change without notice and Products may sell out.

You agree to pay the full amount shown for your Order, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, using one of the payment methods made available at checkout.

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card or banking credentials.
• You confirm that the payment details you provide are your own and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
• If a payment fails, is reversed, or is found to be unauthorised, we may cancel or hold the related Order until the matter is resolved.

• We deliver Products to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and complete; we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.
• Delivery timelines shown on the Platform are estimates. While we work to dispatch and deliver promptly, timelines may vary due to location, courier availability, or events beyond our reasonable control.
• Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your Order on receipt and report any damage or shortage promptly so we can assist you.

Your rights to cancel an Order, return or replace Products, and seek refunds are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Where a return is accepted, refunds are made to the original payment method within the timelines stated in that policy. Products must be returned unused and in their original, marketable condition unless they are defective or were sent in error.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that infringes the rights of others or disrupts the Platform's operation or security.
• Place fraudulent or speculative Orders, abuse promotions or referral codes, or attempt to manipulate prices, stock, or your account in bad faith.
• Resell Products in a way that misrepresents them, make medical or curative claims about Products, or misuse the LGBN brand or content.
• Create fake accounts, impersonate others, or submit false information about yourself, your Orders, or your payments.
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable Indian law or these Terms.

The LGBN name, logo, the tricolour brand system, the Platform, its software, designs and content are owned by or licensed to the Company and protected by applicable law. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial shopping in accordance with these Terms. All other rights are reserved.

You may close your account at any time by written notice to LGBN.

LGBN may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, provide false information, engage in prohibited activities, or where required by law or regulatory direction. On termination:

• Your right to access the Platform and any membership benefits ends immediately.
• Any Orders already confirmed will be honoured or refunded in accordance with these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive — including those on intellectual property, liability, indemnity and governing law — continue to apply.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LGBN disclaims all warranties not expressly stated here, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect delivery details you provide, delays caused by third-party couriers or payment providers, or events beyond our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, LGBN's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any Order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LGBN, its directors, officers and employees from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your unlawful conduct, your misuse of the Platform, or your submission of false or fraudulent information.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, LGBN has appointed a Grievance Officer to address complaints regarding Products, Orders, payments, the Platform, or these Terms.

Response time

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the consumer-protection remedies available to you, the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through the grievance process before initiating formal proceedings.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, our Products and services, or our operations. The revised version will be posted on the Platform with an updated “Last updated” date. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
